Geocitely Sponsorship Terms

These Sponsorship Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between Krist Ventures OÜ, registry code 14382258, VAT number EE102045536, address Katleri 21-30, 13915 Tallinn, Harju County, Estonia ("Geocitely", "we", "us"), the operator of geocitely.com, and the business buying a sponsorship ("Sponsor", "you").

1. Acceptance You accept these Terms by ticking "I accept the Sponsorship Terms" and paying at Stripe checkout. Please read them before you pay. The person who accepts confirms they are allowed to bind the Sponsor. Sponsorships are for businesses only and are not sold to consumers.

2. Packages All prices are in euros and exclude VAT.

Featured listing: €79 per month. A "Featured" badge, a place in the labelled Featured slot at the top of the tool's category page(s), and a highlighted card on /tools.
Category sponsor: €149 per month. One exclusive "Sponsored" banner (logo, one line of text, one link) on one category page and its matching best-for guide. One sponsor per category.
Site-wide sponsor: €299 per month. One exclusive "Sponsored" slot on the home page and a "Sponsored by" line in the footer of every page. One sponsor at a time.
Newsletter sponsorship: €49 per issue, or 3 issues for €119. One "Sponsored" block of up to 60 words plus one link, placed after the editorial section. One sponsor per issue.

Founding-sponsor prices. The first 5 paying sponsors who book before 31 January 2027 pay €49/month (Featured), €99/month (Category) or €199/month (Site-wide) for their first 3 months. After that the standard monthly price applies unless you cancel.

Exclusive slots depend on availability. If a slot is taken, we will not charge you, or we will refund you in full.

3. Labelling and links All paid placements are clearly marked "Sponsored" or "Featured". All paid links use `rel="sponsored"`. Sponsored content is not included in llms.txt or llms-full.txt.

4. Editorial independence Payment never buys or affects verdicts, scores, "best for" notes, pricing data, comparison outcomes or the order of the editorial tables. Featured items appear in a separate, labelled slot. Anyone, sponsor or not, can ask us to correct a factual error for free. Sponsors cannot have sourced facts removed, including unfavourable ones.

5. Content rules and our right to refuse or remove You provide your logo, text and link, and confirm that you have the right to use them and that they are accurate and lawful. We do not accept content that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, adult, hateful, related to gambling or crypto get-rich schemes, malware, or unrelated to marketing, SEO or AI visibility. We may edit material for length and format, ask you to replace it, or refuse any sponsor at our discretion before the start. We may remove a placement at any time if it breaks these rules or the law, or if the linked site becomes harmful. If we refuse a sponsor before delivery, we refund in full. If we remove a placement for a breach by you, no refund is due.

6. Start of delivery We publish a placement within 2 business days after payment and receipt of all required material. Newsletter placements appear in the next available issue, which we confirm by email.

7. Term, renewal and cancellation Monthly packages renew automatically every month and are charged to the same payment method until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing hello@geocitely.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and the placement stays live until then. Newsletter packages are one-off purchases and do not renew. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email, effective from your next renewal after the notice.

8. Refunds If we cannot deliver a placement you paid for, or we stop it early for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the undelivered part pro rata. Otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the placement has started or the newsletter issue has been sent.

9. Invoices, VAT and reverse charge Stripe issues an invoice for every payment. Prices exclude VAT. Estonian VAT is added for Estonian customers. Business customers in another EU country who provide a valid VAT number (checked in VIES) are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge (Article 196, VAT Directive 2006/112/EC), and you account for VAT yourself. Customers outside the EU are generally invoiced without EU VAT. You are responsible for giving correct billing and VAT details.

10. No guarantees We do not guarantee any number of visits, clicks, impressions, subscribers, rankings or sales, or how search engines and AI assistants treat any page.

11. Liability Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. You are responsible for your own material and will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from it.

12. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms. The version you accepted applies to your current paid period. Updated Terms apply from your next renewal if we notified you at least 30 days in advance.

13. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes go to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
